We’re on hand to offer the right computer repair service to resolve your computer-related issues quickly and efficiently so that you can get on with whatever you need to do.
At ILL IT Solutions, we know that it’s not always easy to set up your PC or laptop, which is why we can help you out. Setting up your PC or laptop for the first time can be complicated, and it can take a lot longer than you planned. This is why we offer you a setup service; one that we can tailor to your needs.
PC setup & customisation
When you bring your new PC to us, we will help you to set it up so that it’s running just the way you want it. We understand that setting up network connections and installing anti-viruses can take time, which is why we offer this service. Here at ILL IT Solutions, we won’t just help you to set up your PC, we will also help you set up your email account, install all of the software that you need, answer your questions, and explain exactly what we’re doing and why.
If you’re in a rush, we will even unpack your PC for you, and set it up so it’s ready to go when you’re ready to pick it up.
Email setup
Email setup is not always as easy as you’d like to believe, but here is where we can come in and help. We will help you to create a new e-mail account, and we’ll even teach you exactly how to use it. It doesn’t matter who provides your email account, as long as it’s a UK provider, we can do the hard work for you.
Printer setup
Printers are notorious for being hard to set up, which is why we’re happy to do the work for you. We are happy to setup and configure your printer, regardless of its make, model or whether it’s a conventional or wireless printer. We can even unpack the printer for you, set up your printer ports, show you how it works and make sure you’re happy before you leave the shop.
